I spoke with Keith McCoy, who said he was the owner. We set an appointment for 2 days out for him to come quote a plumbing job for me. Keith texted me back the next day and told me there was a $30 service fee for coming to quote the job (even though his advertises free estimates). I asked would that go toward the final bill and he said yes. So I told him ok, that wouldn't be a problem. He asked me to text him the address and I did. We agreed to meet at 5:00 p.m. the following day at the property to be repaired.
