We had purchased a fireplace insert last year from The Fire Place down 69S and it was installed by our builder last October or November (2024). The owner apparently sold the business to someone else since then. A couple of weeks ago I happened to be standing near the fireplace and noticed that some of the burner ports didn't have flames coming out, so my husband called The Fire Place. Between the two of us it took 3 phone calls/messages, 7-10 days, and prayer 🙏🏼, but we finally got a call back from Luann there who referred us to Farley and Hysaw. I cannot say enough good things about Farley and Hysaw!! Heather, in the finance office went above and beyond to help me find financing for a new unit! The guys that put it in accidentally broke a light fixture in the hallway, they went and got a replacement for that one plus another in the hallway so they would match!! Thank you so much for your professionalism!!
Farley-Hysaw did a great job installing two new AC units for me today. They were on time and did my installs in about five hours.Every member of their team was courteous and respectful of my property. I can't say enough good things about this company.
