Bad customer service! (Salon)I booked with TouchedByKo, a stylist at the salon through Instagram. Her booking site stated cash app her a deposit, however I don’t use cash app and asked her can I Apple Pay her. She tells me that she doesn’t have Apple Pay and I can pay full price at the salon. I booked a 430 appointment for a weave ponytail. When I got to the salon, she already has someone in the chair finishing up knotless braids. I waisted over a hour and a half for her to finish another clients hair. She never acknowledged or apologized for the wait. I left the salon while she was still doing the clients hair and got gas. My experience here was awesome. Jeff hooked my undercut up. Let him take an artistic approach and I really liked it. Ladies there is a beautician at this location too so don't be afraid to stop in and check out her services. Everyone was nice and friendly. Not at long wait if appointment but walk-ins are welcomed.

I went to Stay Fresh Barbershop for my first haircut and I have never been more satisfied with my hair. Mango cut my hair who was recommended to me by my mom had me looking like a brand new person. I would highly recommend this Barbershop to anyone.
