I incurred a very severe concussion recently. It was so bad that doctors recommended I take a medical leave for my fall semester at Auburn. Rather than taking medicine, I went to visit Foad at Mind & Body to find some relief. After just one month of weekly massages, my pain went from about a 9 to a 3. I was able to pull up my grades and finish out the fall semester. I was also able to maintain a healthy lifestyle and social habits. Mr. Ali was the absolute BOMB ‼️He was knowledgable, polite, informative, & professional. My son is an athlete and this was his first massage. Mr. Ali made his first massage experience the best. He stretched him out after his massage and all. It is worth every dime I spent and we will be back monthly.I appreciate the fact that Mr. Ali asked me if I wanted to sit in the room with my son since this was his first massage. Mr. Ali said he just wanted to make sure he was comfortable. May I add the atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing, I feel asleep and I wasn’t even the one getting the massage ??

Mr. Ali, made my husband & myself experience the best 2022 has a walking into back on 1/1!! The atmosphere & tone was warm, inviting, relaxing an overall well spent time of caring for our mind, body, soul & spirit that we both had been lacking!! Thank you MrAli?
