We were very impressed with the overall experience from start to finish. Dustin did a great job assessing our needs. We selected two option in carpet. We were notified the day prior the carpet had imperfections, and they did not want to deliver. We received our original choice for the same price. The guys who did the installation was impressive. Highly recommend Georgia Floors Direct and Dustin Davenport. This company and individual were recommended to us by our insurance carrier following a large claim. Dustin and his team were very patient, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond in helping us with laminate flooring, carpet and countertops. Additionally, price was a big consideration for us and they worked extremely hard to make everything work within our budget. We are very pleased with the products and installation as well.

The ENTIRE staff was amazing! Not only did they provide pleasant customer service, but the overall atmosphere in the store was wonderful. I forgot the gentleman's name who assisted us but he was the best. I highly recommend this store for your flooring needs.
