I am absolutely delighted that I walked into Georgia Floors Direct! I know nothing about flooring. I’m not a professional contractor. Jonathan greeted me when I walked in and helped me pick out flooring. I wasn’t even sure what I wanted or needed but with his knowledge and experience he helped me figure it out. Not only did he help in the selection process, he’s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to how to install it, explaining it so that even I can understand it! The whole business and every employee I saw and interacted with has been top notch. These people know their stuff and WOW..Customer Service! It’s alive here! I love my floors!!! They are so beautiful!!! Everything went Great from beginning to end. Salesman Mr. Q Williams was very nice and helpful with picking out my floors. The installation crew were very awesome also. They were very thorough and neat with their work. They completed my six rooms in no time. The time and price was worth it. I would definitely recommend this company for all flooring needs ?!!!

My mother was in the market to replace the flooring in her home. We stopped by Georgia Floors Direct, intending to stop at other stores, as well. We were greeted by Matt, who was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Mom found the flooring she liked and within a short time-frame, the floors are complete and she loves the way it looks. We had a small issue with a leak - when the flooring team noticed it, they called Matt, who came out to take a look at it. We were very impressed with how everything was handled and how hard the team that laid the flooring worked. When I'm ready to replace the flooring in my home, I'll be contacting Matt at Georgia Floors... read full review
