Some employees are great ,the rest have attitude problems,they close at 7although it's 5:36,I can't get a haircut because she says she's locking the door in 10min,must be nice to leave work whenever you feel like it

You can get a great cut at these places, or you can get a bad one. Know your stylist and look for new faces most every time you go. If you use the check in online function, do not just tell them you've arrived amd ASSUME you're checked in. You MUST go to the touchscreen at the register and enter your phone number to show up "in-store." Of you don't, you'll be sitting in the waiting area watching people walk in go ahead of you for hours of you don't get activated... This has been my experience. Finally, I figured it out after lots of wasted time.Service: Haircut

I had never been to a Sportsclip before. I walked in and was sitting in a chair in 10 minutes. The cut was excellent and customer service was great. I recommend using them. I’ll be back.Service: Haircut
