Do NOT use this business!Dropped my sport coat there for cleaning two weeks ago (July 11, 2022) and it's still not ready. For the past week on no less than three occasions I have been told by the lady there "It's not here yet. But should be here later today." She has taken my cell number twice (after losing it the 1st time) and still zero calls back.I now suspect the sports coat has been lost or damaged and they're not willing to admit the mistake.

Horrible. I put my sport coat in for cleaning over two weeks ago now and every time I stop by to get it the lady keeps telling me "It's not back yet. Maybe it will be in later today". She's been saying the same thing since last week and I suspect it's somehow been lost.

the worst, most dishonest dry cleaner i’ve encountered. brought in a silk ballgown to be dry cleaned, and chose this business due to its convenient location. it was a very costly mistake. when i took the dry cleaned dress out of its protective wrap, there were two enormous rips in the fabric. i called immediately to report the problem. the employee said, “are you sure you haven’t worn it since you got it back?” i was dumbfounded (and offended). i had literally just gotten the dress out of the dry cleaner’s protective wrap when i noticed the damage, and contacted them that day. the employee initially promised they’d attempt to “mend” the damage, but you...read full review
