I have been under the care of Dr. Steger for menopause symptoms which included hot flashes, night sweats, brain fog and migraine headaches. I will have to say that Dr. Steger was an answer to many prayers. I have had health issues for quiet awhile now. I would go to regular medical doctors ( western medicine) and they would all tell me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me. They said my blood work was fine and everyone of them wanted to put me on antidepressants. I said absolutely not !!! A friend told me about Dr. Steger and I went. He done a VMA test and my vitamins, minerals and amino acids were deficient. I also had four different kinds of parasites. WOW! Where do I start.First, I was told by a friend that I needed to go see Dr. Steger. I was kinda hesitant, but I felt like what I was doing definitely wasn’t helping me. I was tired of taking cholesterol medicine, acid reflux, medicine. So, I broke down and went to see Dr. Steger.It was life changing. He planned out everything that I could eat for the first month. I have never been so pleased with a doctor as I am of him. Today, makes one month for me. I have lost 18 pounds. I have never felt so good. No more waking up with numb hands and restless legs.
