Friends recommend Melanie Bunting-Seymour from 1702 Real Estate and we are so glad they did because she was wonderful! I can't say enough good things about her. She was very knowledgeable about the market, neighborhoods, and all the intricacies of buying a house. She was quick to respond to any questions and had good ideas about how to renovate/tweak houses that weren't exactly what we wanted. One of her best gifts is the ability to listen deeply which is a big help in negotiations between buyer and seller.
