Second project for me with Shannon, James and crew. They were wise, helpful and lovely throughout the project. They do this all the time but cared for me knowing it was not my comfort zone. I found this place by contacting a Wholesaler in Birmingham, and I’m so glad I went in person to the showroom. We had gone to more than a few flooring places and were completely overwhelmed by the different types of flooring and the different types of wood. It wasn’t until we went here that I felt like I was talking to a flooring expert. Every other place was looking up details about each sample, where the employees here knew exactly what they sell and what they might have that I’d be interested in. After asking MANY ppl about their experiences with all the companies you hear on radio, the only one ppl spoke highly of was Wood Floors & More. Overwhelmed by all the decisions I was facing, Shannon & Ginger listened & guided me through the process with patience & grace. Pricing was great, timing was fantastic & it looks even better than I had hoped. Definitely using them for my next home project. Thanks to the wonderful team, great job!
