We were greeted immediately by Taylor who asked the right questions of what we were looking for and price range we wanted. Shannon joined who clearly loves what she does. She brought out a sample they didn’t have displayed at the time and we loved it. We took it home and we knew it was what we wanted. Shannon came out a few days later for the in home estimate, called back quickly and gave us a couple of days to think it over. We were able to schedule our installation the day we ordered our flooring. Damien delivered our flooring a week before our installation and was so nice. Today it was installed and it is beautiful! Joseph, Dennis and the rest of the crew (I hate I didn’t catch all the names) were amazing. They got here early and we got out of the way while they got to work. I’ll definitely be back if I need flooring in the future. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you to everyone at Wood floors and more!
