Just got a cut and highlight and I love it! I have always received the best service from Salon Salon. The wonderful staff have always gone out of their way to provide me caring consultation and advice. I have experienced hair thinning due to some health issues and associated medications, Cindy talked with me about hair styles, cuts, and products that could help restore my hair’s health and give a fuller look. Thank you!

A woman posted on Salon Salon‘s page with the one star review. She never came to the salon but she made an appointment that would have taken 2 1/2 to 3 hour service. She canceled two hours before her appointment time without an apology. We can’t always fill appointments at the last minute. She was upset when I told her. It wasn’t meant to be rude, but to give her hair appointments etiquette! If it would’ve been an emergency cancellation, it would’ve been another story! We wish the best for all clients, and we hopefully expect a little courtesy! We get paid by what we do!
