Charlie was exceptionally thorough in finding the issue. Once found the parts were ordered. Installation was great. Charlie is a professional and very kind man. Highly recommended!!!

The refrigerator in my RV was throwing codes and Charlie came out, diagnosed the initial problem, got the new board ordered and in (very quickly!) only to unfortunately find out the compressor was shot. He was upfront with me about the cost of fixing the compressor and I ultimately decided to buy a new fridge instead. He was able to return the part he had ordered and only charged me the initial service fee despite him driving out twice. I would absolutely recommend him!

Had an issue with my refrigerator not cooling and C&M was able to come out the very next morning. They were very professional and helpful! Got the issue fixed that visit. I would recommend them to anyone.
