Charlie was exceptionally thorough in finding the issue. Once found the parts were ordered. Installation was great. Charlie is a professional and very kind man. Highly recommended!!!

The refrigerator in my RV was throwing codes and Charlie came out, diagnosed the initial problem, got the new board ordered and in (very quickly!) only to unfortunately find out the compressor was shot. He was upfront with me about the cost of fixing the compressor and I ultimately decided to buy a new fridge instead. He was able to return the part he had ordered and only charged me the initial service fee despite him driving out twice. I would absolutely recommend him!

The service by C&M to perform repairs to our Whirlpool refrigerator was absolutely excellent. The technician came after hours on our RV refrigerator on a Friday evening for diagnostic work in a campground. Ordered the necessary part the next morning and performed repairs that day on a Saturday. The technician was friendly, honest, and technically skilled.
