I love going to April! She’s always kind and does the best manicures. I enjoy talking with her—she makes the whole process so fun and takes care of every detail, from prepping my nails to shaping and choosing the color!

I went rock climbing and wreckedddd my fingers but there is NOT ONE SINGLE scratch on the nails! 10/10!!!

My nail tech seemed nice but inexperienced. Two stars because customer service was quite good. Actual pedicure went so poorly I decided not to get a manicure. My cuticles were barely touched and I couldn’t feel my massage (I did let them know they could go harder but was not sure she heard me?). Really sad because I was treating myself and left feeling like my toes looked worse than when I came in. Lovely staff but disappointing results.

I have been going here for my nails exclusively since I moved to Birmingham in 2021. They are always great. Today, I came in at around 5:30 with no appointment for a gel mani and regular pedi. I felt guilty coming so late bc I never want to be the reason someone has to stay late for work. I was supposed to get off work early but work in healthcare and ended up having to stay later. I am in a wedding this weekend and was going to be SOL if I didn’t get my nails done today 😭. There was a 30 ish minute wait but of course that’s to be expected w/o an appointment near closing. The nail tech I had today was SO attentive and took his time as if I was the first client of the day 🥺 didn’t rush or skip any steps. We ended up staying past closing by about 45 minutes and he never once made me feel like I was annoying or inconveniencing him. It’s hard to find good quality business these days with excellent customer service and I’m just beyond grateful for this place. I’ll never go anywhere else for my nails as long as I stay in Birmingham.

There was no wait time. However, their pedicures are trash and might I add they charged me $10 extra to remove gel by drill. If I had of known that I would’ve made them soak them with acetone instead of paying $10 to make my nails thinner by drilling. Not pleased at all! Just left an hour ago and still have dead skin on my heel. SMH
Update: Kristine reached out to me and was very kind and understanding regarding the situation. I will give them another try due to her due diligence in resolving this matter. Thank you so much Kristine!

Over almost a decade this has been my go-to, week after week. Kevin and Kristine are like family, as are several of the amazing folks working there. They do an amazing job on your nails, but they also remember the details of your life. If Cheers were a nail salon, this would be it! Only tip: Book an appointment! My only hesitation in recommending is that it makes it harder for me to get in! 🤣 Worth it though!
