First time using this dentistry and I feel very comfortable already. Great hospitality from the start. Called me back when they said they would. Unlike some places that forget to do so. Dr.Nichols and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable! I was terrified of going back to the dentist because of a previous experience in Indiana! Dr. Nichols changed that for me. I'm actually excited to make my dentist appointments! I know they are doing to be practically painless and the job will be done correctly! So glad I was referred here!

Dr Nichols and his staff are great people. They L I S T E N. They care about your comfort and will make sure there is no pain. Dr Nichols is always friendly and he has a sense of humor. He likes you to ask questions. His staff will let you know the costs before any major work is done. They take a lot of different insurances. I have yet to see an unhappy kid leaving the place. Their hours are a little strange: closed on Monday and Friday, and open the first Saturday of the month. Those Saturdays go fast. Also, if you *need* to get seen before the next available appointment, they add you to a list and call if someone cancels.
