This was our first time sending Lucy and Bubba to Wags and Whiskers. The people at the facility are just incredibly NICE and PASSIONATE about caring for furbabies. We saw the babies off in the Wags mobile and then had direct access to viewing their kennels remotely throughout the week. We received daily email reports and photos of the babies also. When they came back to us on the Wags bus, they had received a complimentary exit bath and it was nice to cuddle them smelling clean!!! Very friendly and helpful group. My dog was excited when I came to pick her up from a half day daycare and she scratched my arm and it began to bleed. 🩸 They tended my wound and ground her nails. We left happy. Nikko is a two year old golden doodle and we have used wags and whiskers the entire time we have had her. . They are a great team.
Jeffery had his first puppy cut today 8/27/25. He was dropped off at 6:30 am. I was asked how I wanted his cut. It’s exactly as wanted, the teddy bear. A “report card” at the end of the day is such a cute touch. Apparently he loved the attention and extra pats. I will definitely bring him back of grooming and if needed I would absolutely use Wags and Whiskers for any of the services they offer.
