Four employees working, four chairs empty, four customers waiting in the lobby for over 20 minutes and the staff could care less. Used to enjoy this place but it’s went downhill.

I love the Gibbs products, they are great on my beard and hair. When I grow a beard it's kinda wild and the Gibbs conditioner and pudding keeps it under control. The hot towel and hair wash are just nice.

Asked the woman when we walked in if they cut women's hair too and they said yes, but hacked my hair up. I asked for NO more than 2 inches cut off and she cut almost 5 inches off and it isn't even even. I asked her to leavey bangs long and taper them at an angle into my hair and she chopped them off almost above my eyebrow. I asked for the length to be cut straight across and she angled both sides to where NONE of my hair is even and there are random strands longer than the rest. She even told me my hair was too long and made me stand up to cut it. The other woman gapped my husband's hair. WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER HAD.

Kymberly was my Stylist and this was the first time that I’ve had my haircut done by her. She did a great job and was easy to talk to. I was apprehensive to go to this location at first because in the past I had a really horrible experience. I walked in 10 minutes write closing and no customers were even there but was immediately told that they were closed and not taking anymore customers. They literally just didn’t want to take the time for a 10 minute haircut. It was ridiculous. However, after today’s visit I will be returning to Kymberly. The manager was super nice as well and immediately greeted me upon entering! I’m a Store Manager for CVS and know what good customer service looks like and this was it!

I had an awesome experience at Sport Clips recently, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the new manager, Meka! She brings such a positive energy to the shop — professional, friendly, and truly passionate about making sure every customer leaves happy.
Meka took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and made sure the cut was perfect. You can tell she really cares about her team and the customers. The whole atmosphere felt more welcoming and organized under her leadership. If you haven’t been in a while, now’s the time to go back — Meka is doing amazing things!
Highly recommend Sport Clips for anyone looking for a great haircut and an even better experience.

I loved it. My personal stylist was Brittney and I’m actually sending my dad to get his haircut there because my experience was so great.
I loved the head massage and warm towel that I got called the works and my haircut is amazing. Ending up buying the products Brittney used because it smelled and styled my hair perfectly.
