I have been suffering with lower back pain for the last 3 months and have gone to countless professionals from chiropractors to PTs and was only able to find partial relief. Phenecia did such an amazing job at finding the cause of my pain and addressing it by not only releasing the tension in my lower back but the tension in my legs and shoulders that was contributing to the back pain. She had a great balance of professionalism and personableness.Phenecia created a comfortable and calm atmosphere which enhanced the thoughtful and customized massage experience. I could feel that she was tuned in to my body and attentive to my needs. I left feeling completely relaxed and anticipating my next massage.It's also obvious that beyond a great massage, Phenecia desires to inspire a sense of holistic wellness and well-being in her clientele. I highly recommend booking! Phenicia was very thorough and got ALL of the tension from my back, shoulders and neck. She is very talented and perfectly suited to help and care for people. I will definitely be back in a couple weeks!
