My story begins last year with a large company in Pensacola. I hired them to install a soapstone wood burning stove with through the wall pipe followed by a stainless steel chimney. It was a total disaster including dropping and bending the stainless steel chimney pipe, denting and scratching my metal exterior and leaving a gap around the pipe allowing cold air and sunlight to come through the interior insert. Needless to say it did not meet code. They did removed all pipe after the owners of the company came and inspected the job. So that left me with a wood burning stove but no chimney. Great experience! Bert was helpful and fast in completing the work on our chimney! He resealed our chimney, fixed masonry work on the ash door and made a new cap! Will definitely use and recommend!!

Small businesses like this are hard to come by. I have had a hard time finding anyone in the Mobile area to install a wood burning stove for my fireplace/chimney. Thanks to Hearth & Ash for making it happen!
