I hope anyone interested in this service with this company will not be as trusting as I, and will read the filed complaints as well as the reviews. This is not a good choice if you own an older home, where the ** lines are not "incased" in the attic. If this company damages your lines in your attic, they have ABSOLUTLY no remorse, and you are left to pay for those repairs on your own! Overall this was not an experience anyone should go through when fully trusting in a company to do the right thing.

We were very pleased with our roof that Alliance did for us. They were professional in all of our interactions. We would use Alliance again and highly recommend them. All of our neighbors commented on how good our new roof looks.

Alliance replaced our roof in 2021, and they were super busy at that time. However, despite being so busy, the roofer made us feel like their only client. They did a beautiful job on our roof, and we loved being able to finance through Alabama Power. Since our house is old, our chimney wood had to be replaced at the time of the roof installation. These repairs got backlogged and ended up taking a little longer than the roof. Randy, our roofer, was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. Steve, the contractor, was very helpful in getting a few roadblocks resolved.Service: Roof installation
