I called 09/14 around 8am to ask how much it cost to get a tank pumped and when they could come out and get it done. 09/15 at 730am I get a call and they said they will be there around 8am that day! While on the phone I explained to him that i had no idea where the tank was and places i thought it maybe. I also explained that we rent and we knew it was something that had to be done. He pulled in at 8:01. And instantly got to work. It took maybe 15-30 minutes to find the tank because I had to call the land owner and ask... (The house is a good 100yrs old maybe) she told me it was in the front yard He goes to the front and finds it in less than 2 minutes and starts digging.. and gets to work he was great and timely and explained everything well!! Also I asked for tips on how we can prevent this from happening again so soon (cause the tank was homemade, and never been updated nor most likely never been pumped.) He gave me tips on that subject. He was done and cleaned up by 10:15. I highly recommend using this company! They did an all around wonderful job! Thank yall again for coming out!! I will definitely be recommending yall! And keep yall in my thoughts for when we maybe need sepic work in the future!!! I can't thank yall enough❤️ Picture as he was leaving and you can kinda see in the yard (right pass the porch) where he was working he even covered the tank back up! And left no mess!!!
Installed our septic tank and field lines today. Done with passing inspection and lines covered in 6 hours. Be there when they say they will and do a great job!
