Fran was amazing. If you walk a lot or just want to increase flexibility, this is the place for you. My lower back and legs were trouble spots but stretching (the right way) with help has been amazing!

I just had my 1st visit. For the first time I experienced the science of stretching. If you try this you will not be disappointed. The staff is very polite, they explain everything, and walk you through every single stretch. It just makes sense we use muscles every day, the better your range of motion and flexibility, the better you move, the better you feel. If you need encouraging, “ Do it” it’s an investment in yourself.
