I had a lot of questions about the procedure to be done and possible outcomes. Sophia was very kind and helpful and answered my questions easily and professionally. She helped to put me at ease. Dr Nix takes time to explain what he’s doing and what I can expect. Going to the dentist isn’t fun for anyone but they make it as pleasant as possible. Very pleased.

I had my first appointment since Dr. Nix moved to the new building on September 27th. Shannon was the technician who cleaned my teeth, made x-rays, and discussed the problems she saw with Dr. Nix. Then it was his turn to examine my mouth and he agreed with Shannon about the problem areas and then discussed them with me so that I understood what areas were affected and where we should begin. I'm still looking at my options. Both Shannon and Dr. Nix greeted me cordially and were professional and personable as they worked on me.
