they do very good hair but are very unprofessional and i definitely won’t be back, the lady who was going my hair was screaming in my ear the whole time she was doing my hair, it’s always loud, they always bring their kids who yell and run around. i definitely won’t be back

June 19th I visited this salon I have been there before plenty of times in the past never had a problem. I wanted something simple braided ponytail. I did not want to be there all day I arrived around 2 did not leave until 8pm I got 10 braids the style took 25 min people was put in front of me the girl that did my braids seem to not want to do them she was rude and talking about me in her native language I was originally told 90.00 would be the cost but they charged 120.00. I was truly disappointed of the way I was treated and in the hairstyles the parts were not neat she was, right when she said I could have gone to a regular salon to get a ponytail done it, would have looked better and lasted longer.No worries I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Do not go to this place! They are unprofessional and disrespectful! And on top the shop is DISGUSTING! They refused to do my 6 year old hair claiming that she won’t “sit still” mind you they have braided my child’s hair before with NO ISSUES! My child has been getting her hair braided since she was 3 years old! I will never return to this shop and give them my money ever again!

This shop is almost an hour 1way from my house. It was blowing up on my fyp on TikTok. A lot of mixed reviews but I decided to give it a try. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I was there from 6:30am -10:30pm. I got boho knotless with human hair & I provided my own braid hair & boho hair. I was quoted 2different prices, $250 over the phone $290 once I got there then charged an additional $5 because I paid with Cashapp. The girl, I believe her name was Ester was 4hours late getting there then left 5hrs into my style. I waited 45mins while the new braider setup. The new braider took an additional 5 hours doing the top 3 rows on head. Then around 9:45 their power went out so they couldn’t dip my hair & asked if I could come back in the morning. I got my hair done on Saturday. The very next Monday morning I got out of car and realized one of my braids was on one the floorboard of my car!!! Now 1 week most of my boho hair is coming out as I go through my day. My braids are pretty & neat but I don’t see them lasting the normal 2-3months I usually have my braids up. The overall experience was a nightmare, I’ll never go back!

First it took 10+ hrs I was there from 7am -6:30pm for my knotless braids. I have only had them for a month and a total of 10 braids have come out along with taking some of my edges ! The worse experience of my life ! Costed $250 for one month! Also I had an allergic reaction to whatever cheap ass hair they used ! Woke up the next morning eyes swollen, face swollen, hives all over my face ! Had a reaction for 3 days straight !

They do hair good but they will have you waiting . I’ve been here for 4 hrs just sitting waiting on someone to start on my hair . They just singing & dancing knowing that the shop about to close in a hr! & they got kids running all around the shop . Doesn’t make any sense at all honestly

I love love my hair so much!!! I forgot to ask for the name of the lady that did it but I remember her face. She didn’t take any breaks even after I offered her to. She spent about 9 hours on my head and it was worth every minute. My first time there and I am so grateful. I love love my hair. If I go back, it’ll def have to be her to do my hair.
