We just had great service with Hoover Lock & Key! We had 2 deadbolt locks on our home - one was completely broken (the insides had fallen out) & the other one felt like it was in a bind, hard to turn the key. Melinda, the technician, was able to repair both (rather than replace). All done in less than an hour. She was on time & even called to let us know she was on her way (per my husband's request).
