(End result was very simple and pretty...but) I was really excited about trying this nail salon since I live downtown and never knew about it. I booked an appointment for 11:50am and got there at 11:56am (I walked so it took me an extra 5 minutes) I didn't get called back until about 12:30pm since there was another person still getting their nails done during my appt time. I booked a normal Full-Set of acrylic and assumed it included one basic color. This was my first time here so I knew nothing about the process. Love, love, love Haven! Best in Birmingham! I had given up on salons here until I found her! She is in high demand and I see why so I recommend making an appointment. You won’t be disappointed!

I saw this nail shop while shopping for something else. I needed to get my nails done quickly. They were available. Pleasant and spoke when I walked in. They genuinely greeted everyone that came it. My nail tech was a nice lady. She has such a bubbly personality and chatted it up in her native tongue. I may have learned a few words. He took her time. I wanted a eepoliah. She said, noadamw you need a full in. Got to love the confidence of her craft and you are NOT going out in public with a hard needed fill-in with pretty polish. I got the filling and polish. Lol Indis notice that they stop asking to you to wash your hands they say rinse now. Will ask about that next... read full review
