My basement was flooded, and after ruling out the drain pipes, I realized the gutter was clogged and some parts cracked. So all the water was draining from the roof, down the wall and the window, down to the basement. David and his team arrived on time, thoroughly cleaned the gutters, and did some repairs. They lifted and reinstalled the leaf guards and used a water hose to flush all the gunk. Even swept the leaves in all the corners of the roof. Five stars for their work.
