Recommend!As an athlete and fitness trainer, I put my body through a lot of grief. Dr. Kim has almost eliminated my chronic neck and hip pain that I have been “battling” using literally every other method possible. I finally found my first consecutive-days of relief after my first visit to Adaptt.

Dr. Garwood really helped my neck and back. Was able to get me in next day, probably would have same day if I needed it. The most thorough and efficient adjustment I’ve ever had. And what I appreciated most was there was no pressure to set up following appointments which I have experienced at other chiropractors. I will be returning more regularly to hopefully prevent a major need in the future. Dr. Garwood is extremely nice and professional.

i was traveling through birmingham and took a bad spill on my bicycle.a friend recommended i see dr. garwood at adaptt chiropractic clinic.he was excellent and i walked out an hour later feeling 100% better.i strongly recommend dr. garwood.

We are an established chiropractic office located between Hoover, Indian Springs, Pelham and Birmingham. We are well known for treating physical pain of the body. A very high sucess rate on sciatica, numbess, tingeling, burning or stabbing pain. We have two doctors in office for less wait times. Also, daily walk-ins for convenience.
