3D Air Services is the best. They got me an immediate appointment and the technician Austin was wonderful! He quickly identified the problem with my Bryant furnace, throughly explained what we needed to do, and within the hour had picked up the part, fixed the furnace, and walked me through future preventative measures. Everything was extremely efficient and thoughtful. 3D will definitely be handling my future heating and air conditioning needs.
3D Air has maintained our air conditioners for 15 years. They do a fabulous job and are extremely professional. With kids that are studying upstairs during hot summers, you don’t any problems when it is 100° outside. 3D Air‘s preventive maintenance has kept us from having any issues.Services: HVAC system repair
3D sent me a technician to replace my air conditioner. I was very disappointed and frustrated. He bragged a lot about himself, sarcastic when I asked questions, and unable to answer why the expensive new air conditioner wasn't working properly.After several complaints to 3D, they sent me Rick. Rick is the epitome of professionalism and reassurance. He is the reason I am giving 5 stars. He and his team spent the whole day fixing the other guy's mistakes. My home is very cool thanks to him! 3D knows I will only request Rick for any future work. Kudos to Isaiah and Joshua. Great guys!
