Thank you Jim for working with the seller and the buyer (me) on a home to fix some unfortunate water damage that the inspector caught.Jim worked with the seller on what they wanted to put back on the kitchen floor and then worked with me because I wanted something different. I ended up only having to pay the difference of the two. In addition, a HUGE thank you goes out to the installers, Justin and Jeremy. They are a great team and did fantastic work.
