I was tasked with my uncle’s death and I always look at the cost and logistics of things. I ended up picking CSoEA due to 2 factors..for one, even after the added cost of transport (pickup was a 6 hr round trip) the total price was still nearly half of the local places (Muscle Shoals)…but also because even when they thought I wouldn’t be a customer because of the distance, Miguel was very helpful in trying to find me an affordable crematory in the Muscle Shoals area…they were still too expensive comparatively, so I called back and made the arrangements. I called them while looking for a place to cremate the kitten I'd had to put down that day because of medical conditions. The person that answered was nice enough to comfort a sobbing person on the phone and help me find a place to take Moth. If they handle people that aren't their customers this way, I can only imagine the compassion for others that are transcends. I don't know the name of the guy that answered the phone, but thank you so much for your time and being patient. Thank you even more for going above and beyond what you actually had to do and helping me find the pets at peace crematorium. I hope you have an amazing life<3

They Handled my dad‘s funeral. It went absolutely perfect.There is no Other funeral home that I would’ve wanted to have him at.Tanner And the rest of the staff are absolutely phenomenally wonderful.
