Had our boiler go down during the windstorm with below freezing temps. Paragon was quick to respond and even was able to adjust their busy schedule to make sure our home didn't freeze. We are so incredibly thankful, Tyler, Phillip and Corbin were all incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this company and team to anyone looking for Plumbing and Heating service, construction or just thoughtful insights and assistance. Will definitely be our go to moving forward! 5/5 stars hands down! Our furnace stopped working at the worst possible time—during a windstorm. Paragon Mechanical Plumbing & Heating responded promptly. After I explained the issue, they immediately got to work. They took the time to ensure I understood both the problem and the repair plan. Despite the circumstances, they drove to Anchorage twice to obtain the necessary parts and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship was excellent, and their communication and dedication were outstanding. I highly recommend Paragon Mechanical Plumbing & Heating.
We all have bad days mine was when I woke up with water coming out my wall. We called Paragon Mechanical Plumbing and heating. Sometimes we forget who put in the plumbing first didn't think about the next guy. My service tech Matt had to deal with this which he did in a professional way. Yes there are many plumbers, but their is only one Paragon. So if you truly want a professional job, I would call them.
