Update: (May 2026) We’ve now been using Prospector Plumbing exclusively for the past 1.5 years for annual maintenance and occasional after hours emergency plumbing/heating needs. We also just used them to install a new Buderus Logano G215 boiler, water heater, glycol, and multi-zoned smart thermostats as well. There are many calculations, variables, and options when installing these complex systems. Kevin was exceptionally professional & knowledgeable. Service was provided within 24 hours of scheduling! Company response time in scheduling was prompt on a weekend!! Overall experience was extremely satisfying! I researched the issue prior to the scheduled appointment & Kevin exemplified honest, strong work ethics.
