Kristin is both professional and personable, creating an environment that is incredibly welcoming. I felt instantly comfortable and the experience overall left me calm and relaxed. I love that I was asked about my specific problem areas and that those were given extra attention while not taking away from the full body massage. I would highly recommend Kristin for those looking for a massage that is firm enough to knead out the knots without being painful with a massage therapist that is knowledgeable and cares deeply about her craft.Thank you so much, Kristin!

This was my first barefoot massage and I was blown away at how amazing it was. I am now a believer and will absolutely be adding monthly visits with Kristin to my self care routine. I highly recommend giving barefoot massage a try!

had a fantastic experience at Solstice Bodywork! Although I’ve been before to see Kristin, my massage therapist for this session, Jamie, wasas equally talented and very incredibly professional. The facilities were pristine, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The massage itself was excellent, offering deep pressure without the discomfort of traditional hand massage's acute pressure points. Highly recommend!
