Amazing instructions from a phenomenal instructor! The Sword BJJ is THE place to learn Brazilian jiu jitsu and self defense! New facility, new mats... I definitely recommend training here to my friends and family. The community here is the best, too
Definitely the best bjj gym I've ever been too. Professor Chris does an excellent job breaking down the technique for all levels. Highly recommend for any skill level to join this gym.
The Sword is an extension of our family! Our kids love to fight and learn with their friends, and from Coach Chris. Coach Chris has a style of teaching, that even though I’m not on the mat doing it, I’m learning from the lessons he presents our kids with/
