Ryan from UMortgage is the man! As a first time home-buyer the lending process can feel complicated and overwhelming but Ryan was there every step of the way to educate and guide me through it. He did a great job managing my expectations and hustled all the way to the finish line to ensure I had the most competitive rate. I would highly recommend him to any new or experienced buyer!
Ryan with Umortgage was absolutely fabulous. Not only was this the smoothest transaction of the year with no glitches, but Ryan processed the entire transaction from start to finish in three weeks. The Buyers had been originally processing a cash sale/purchase for approximately two weeks when they switched to a financed Conventional Purchase. I called Ryan and asked him if he had any concerns about meeting the deadline by the end of the month. Ryan stated he would check with his team, but did not anticipate any issues whatsoever. Sure enough, we closed on schedule and as agreed-upon with the Seller. Will I use Ryan Groeneweg also known as ‘Mr. Low Rates’ again? Absolutely!!
