The artist that did my tattoo was Melissa. I am super proud and happy with my lion tattoo she did on me. It was a cover up too and it just looks like a portrait of a beautiful lion. The eyes are my favorite part btwService: Solid black work tattoos

I was struggling to find that “perfect” tattoo parlor for many years. I eventually gave up and stopped looking. One day, I noticed someone’s tattoo and they recommended NLT (Northern Lights Tattoo). I sent my idea to John (the artist) and after a few weeks, I went in. I will admit, I was nervous because I didn’t know what to expect but all the anxiety went away when I lent John and Mellisa. They were extremely friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. They explained every detail on what the process looked like. I did sweat more than expected but John kept checking in to see if I was okay.
