Timely service and polite during initial work. However, be advised that the company has not returned my phone calls or emails when I later encountered an issue with the service performed. Namely, I was (and still am) unable to access an attic due to how they installed a barrier for blown insulation around the attic access. Because Energy Saving Solutions has not returned any of my multiple phone calls and emails, I filed an complaint with BBB (BBB did not receive a response from Energy Saving Solutions either).
