Jackie was fantastic with all the dogs and cats whether my own or recently rescued. Canines. She was especially gentle and sweet with my very senior cat Simba, who had several issues, but always let Jackie groom him. Jackie also had a special place in her heart for my blind rescued Annie. And all my dogs and cats saw Jackie for one time or another and all were delighted and very happy when they arrived home feeling spritely giving themselves a really good healthy shake and just feeling so special.. thanks Jackie for all your service to the rescued pets of Serenity

Fast, efficient and quick to get into. My cat seemed calm around her and the cut was clean. My only complaint would be that she increases her rate by 70% if you want a shampoo as well as cut, which is fine except I wasn't informed of the extra $45 for the wash until after it was done and I had to scrounge to cover it. I'd recommend her but make sure you get a complete quote before you say yes to any extras.

Jackie fixed up our cat and did her claws.. very fast and kitty is no longer hurting from matting and overgrown polydactyl nails.. got in next day.. all around kitty and I are very happy with her service!
