Been loving my switch to Champions, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and informative, the process was painless. They have all the equipment I need and it's always very quiet during the night time hours.
Definitely happy to find this gym. It has a good variety of equipment and free weight with a power lifting section as well.SUPER clean which I really appreciate the staff are constantly cleaning and the members also clean their equipment. An added bonus is I don’t think I’ve ever come across a machine that the prior person didn’t rack their weights. ??
Been here for over a year and absolutely love this gym. Lots of equipment, friendly staff, and great clients. If you are looking for a gym in spruce grove/stony plain area you won't find a better place than this one.
