*EDIT*RS called me back. The man was pleasant and non confrontational. The bulk of the conversation was spent telling me that they continually tried to get a hold of me (at the wrong number) and that they left a note "on the property", he didn't know where it was left (which I didn't get), and that they had the authority to just do it regardless of whether I knew about it. There were a number of "I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but.." statements. But we were allowed to just do it, but we called you three times, but we left a note etc.. At the very end of the conversation the guy ended with an actual apology and said he would review... read full review

RSGas installed a new gas line from my gas meter to the back deck. Regis and his team did an excellent job. Professional, knowledgeable, great communication, price was reasonable and quoted upfront and paid when the job was complete.I recommend their service!
