Had such a fun and amazing experience with Neila. She genuinely cares about her clients and takes the time to get to know them on a personal level as well as their hair goals. I came in with virgin hair and had never had anything other than my natural solid colour before, so I was very nervous about going blonde and getting a balayage which she was so comforting about. I was given even better results than I expected, and it’s been about 7 months and I haven’t needed to get my hair touched up or redone at all. I went in for a full head balayage, and it was also my first visit at this salon. Neila made sure to make me feel very comfortable throughout the process and explained different options before proceeding. She matched the color exactly to what I showed. I also booked a haircut, and I loved the end results. I wanted to keep my hair length and voluminous, which were both taken care of. I would definitely visit her salon again in the future. Thank you.
