I needed physiotherapy treatments for a knee in agony. I can best describe Yvonne as a GEM of a Physiotherapist!!! Her keen wisdom, knowledge and skills are high up in standards. Yvonne explains her treatments so well. It is obvious that she genuinely cares about patient-client relationships and their health; she is great at offering tips and home exercise solutions. My other compliment about Global is that all rooms are private (no curtain scenarios) and the Physiotherapist is with you the whole time at your appointment - from start to finish. Yvonne Keats is the most exceptional physiotherapist I’ve had in years. Possibly ever. And I’ve had a lot. Outstanding knowledge, treatment (assessment with measurements, manual therapy, dry needling, exercises/stretches, education), and measurement of outcomes.
I have had sports physio in Canada and the UK from some of the best. Yvonne’s ability to identify and address issues supersedes anything I’ve ever experienced before. This is a physio with a passion for her work. She packs a lot into a session.

Had a terrific first visit with Jeri. I felt very confident in her knowledge and experience. She is patient, explained in detail everything that she was doing and answered any questions I had.
I came away feeling much less discomfort and hopeful in ny healing process.
