I had an exceptional experience at the Planet Fitness in Leduc, all thanks to Brittany, the manager. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly welcoming, easygoing, and genuinely friendly to talk to. Her professional yet approachable attitude made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Brittany provided clear, helpful information and took the time to make sure every question I had was answered thoroughly. I went to planet fitness to work out with a few of my friends , and I forgot my water bottle at home , I asked a lady at the front counter how much there water bottles where , turns out I didn’t have enough money , so she suggested for me to get a plastic one from the fridge , and I grabbed it and walked over to the front desk to pay , I pulled out my money , but the lady informed me that they only take card , I explained to her I don’t have a credit card , and she said “ don’t worry about it I’ll take care of it ‘’. Then gave me a free water bottle, I highly recommend this gym . !!!!

ALL good things to say about this place! Planet fitness saved me during postpartum depression and l was very self conscious to step into a gym again. I never feel judged. It’s ALWAYS clean and the staff are Amazing. Especially Jason, Britney and Braeden. I have to say from day ONE Jason has been outstanding. Always serving the people, welcoming guests and so friendly and KNOWS people by name. You would think he is the owner of the place but he is not. He definitely deserves a raise in my opinion for the exceptional customer service. I believe he is the reason the place does as well as it does along side the other staff.
