I recently bought an Apple iPad Air, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the customer service. The staff were very helpful—patiently answered all my questions, compared models, and made sure I got the best deal. The checkout process was quick, and they even helped me set it up and recommended a great case and pencil. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
