I recently visited Jump to get my phone fixed unfortunately my phone had water damage and I had to purchase a new phone and switch carriers, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The staff was incredibly patient and resourceful in finding solutions to any issues that came up, and their expertise and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend Shahab for anyone looking for a hassle-free and supportive experience when upgrading their phone or changing carriers or dealing with Apple issues!
Shahab helped my daughter and I set up our phones which I never would have been able to do without him. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable , and friendly. I appreciated all his help and assistance. It was invaluable! Thank you!
