i-Clean 24hr Emergency Carpet & Flood Cleaning

Rented a steam cleaner, as soon as we started it up the smell of cat urine overtook our house from the machine. It was absolutely disgusting. The company was now closed for the long weekend So I couldn't get a replacement. When I took the machine back I let them know. I then received a email from them stating that the odor must have come from us as the machine was inspected prior to our rental. Are you kidding me! I don't have cats.

I have had a very bad experince with this company,my car was there all day today, and before I leave, I showed the guy the dirty spots that I care about,and I pick the package that includes everyhing I wanted. So when I came back end of the day, it looked like they did nothing in car, it wasn't wiped nor vacuumed, seats were a bit wet but did not look any different than it was !
