The specialist who conducted my treatment was professional and explained the process in simple terms, making it easy to understand for a newcomer like me.The treatment itself was comfortable and my skin felt noticeably cleaner and softer afterwards. The spa was tidy and had a calming vibeAs a first-timer, I felt well looked after and left with a positive impression. I'm now more open to the idea of regular skincare treatments.
