Coming from a person that isn’t very motivated to work out and can never really understand the thrive people get from working out. Don’t let the word CrossFit scare any of you away ! I knew nothing about CrossFit before joining. All I can say is I love coming in, I love the coaches and owners , they are always so patient with me making sure my form is right to prevent injuries, they scale every workout to my comfort level. The environment is amazing I honestly go 4 times a day now.
Absolutely the best place. All of the coaches are supportive and helpful whenever you need something. A place for community where everyone is met with a smile and a high five. Whether you are new to fitness or an expert there is a place for you at Chestermere Lake Crossfit.
I started my CrossFit journey 2 Months ago and wish I found it 10 years prior. CLC makes you feel like family, Regardless of your fitness level all CLC members are so supportive and cheer you on every step of the way . Come check it out, you won’t regret it .
