So first off most importantly the recipient of the flowers I ordered enjoyed her delivery, but it was not the quality or quantity that was expected. I othered the The FTD® Birthday Cheer™ Bouquet with Balloon (Deluxe) and added chocolates to the order. She enjoyed the bouquet but from the photo she sent me, she definitley was given far less florals than was presented in the image and is not what I would assume when paying $115 for the bouquet alone. I even took the time to compair the numbers of each listed type and see one less rose, far less white blooms, and at least 1 less set of spray roses than appeared in the picture. I just want to order flowers from Grower Direct Acadia for everyone!I ordered flowers from Freida today and she is the most wonderful person EVER!! She was so genuine, sweet, polite, and bubbly! Best phone call I have had in weeks!!!If you are in the market to order flowers, heck even if you aren't, call Freida to say hi, she will put a sparkle in your day!!!!Thank you for your amazing service! When I order flowers for people in Calgary, I will only be ordering flowers from here!!Valerie
